Weight Loss and Garlic Workshop

Did you know that you already have items in your kitchen cabinets and in your fridge that you already possess, which will help you to loose the weight you desire.  Understanding the properties about; herbs, fruits, vegetables and spices is essential to helping you to incorporate it in your daily meal preparation.  In this workshop this week you will learn how Garlic aids specific organs in the body to engage with weight loss. 

Learning Objectives. In this workshop you will learn:

  • Why this ancient herb has kept people well for thousands of years and continues to be relevant
  • Detoxification of the body, improving digestion and aiding weight loss
  • The use of garlic as a natural 'antibiotic' and first aid applications
  • How garlic interacts in the digestive tract, liver and gallbladder
  • How to boost immunity, reduce cholesterol and blood pressure naturally
  • The use of garlic medicinally & nutritionally (externally & internally)
  • How to balance blood sugar - aiding weight loss
  • How to make preparations to boost immunity and aid respiratory, circulatory and digestive complaints

For best results weekly attendance to all seven Kitchen Medicine Workshops is encouraged.

About the Trainer

Melanie Cardwell teaches techniques to heal and balance the body, mind and to empower the spirit. Different methods of healing that she incorporates include Reiki, and Iridology, as well as teaching and providing Life Coaching for weight loss, nutrition, raw food, energy medicine, and herbs.
